Policies and Procedures
We understand that unanticipated events occasionally happen. In fairness to all of our customers, these are our policies:
24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give a 24-hour advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to scheduling your next appointment.
Anyone who either forgets or chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged for a missed appointment.
Payment is due the day of service. A fee of $30 will be charged by tru massage on all returned checks. In disputes arising from or related to this agreement, tru massage will exercise their right to collect reasonable attorney fees and necessary expenses.
For late arrivals, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow your appointment. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the cost of the full session. Out of respect for and consideration of your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and arrive in a timely manner.
